Telelog's pricing is based on volume. So essentially, the more you use us, the more we are able to lower our prices. If you're a large company, you'll have high volumes and therefore will get the better rates. But what about smaller companies?

It is a well known fact that employee's who know their attendance is being monitored improve their attendance. Studies indicate that an average employee can be overpaid as much as 30 minutes per day due to lateness, early finishing, long lunch breaks, unauthorised overtime, etc.
Telelog will reduce overpayment from the very first day. For this calculation we will assume a conservative 1% increase in overall attendance. And please note that even if you do not pay employees by attended time you still gain because employees will be working for the hours you pay for.
With an un-computerised time & attendance system, human error enters in at each stage of the payroll process (recording, collecting, entering & reporting data). Companies using a manual system are tolerating a human error rate between 1% and 5%.
Telelog will eliminate human error from the moment it is used. For this example, we will assume a conservative 0.5% error rate that Telelog will recover.
On average, it takes 7 minutes for managers to manually calculate and edit each weekly time sheet. It then takes an average of further 2 minutes to manually enter data from each time sheet into a payroll application.
